Quiet Fire Entertainment, LLC was founded by industry veteran Isabella Laforet.

Isabella left a successful career at legendary radio stations WBLS and WLIB in New York in order to follow her passion, find new challenges and pursue her dream of running her own business.

In her 20-year career, she has been able to get experience in many different aspects of the industry which allow her to now be a well rounded business woman. She started in Radio (On-Air, Voiceover, then Programming and Marketing & Promotions) and also gained experience in various fields of the industry, such as TV and Print Journalism, Road Management, Concert Promotions, Event Marketing, Radio & Podcast Production. She spent years on the Tour Production Teams for major artists such as Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, J.Cole and Mary J Blige and as Road Manager for The Commodores, Kenny Lattimore, Silk and others.

In recent years, she's been the Tour Manager for the legendary Earth, Wind & Fire. 

She is determined to combine all her skills, her passion and her positive energy to become a valuable asset to her clients. 

Quiet Fire is the nickname given to her by WBLS' own Hal & Debi Jackson during her time with Hal Jackson's Talented Teens, describing her style of work and her personality.

Quiet Fire also applies to her voice. As she is returning to the world of Voiceover, her calm soothing voice can turn up into a energetic, motivating voice! Her professional background is also giving her a great advantage in the world of Voiceover, as she understands marketing, production, client needs, how to interpret copy and relay messages and how to reach the audience.
